The 90-day guarantee

Every repair we complete in Arlington is backed by a 90-day warranty on both parts and labor. If the same fault returns within 90 days of your visit, we come back and put it right at no charge.

What's covered

• The specific repair the technician performed on your appliance
• The parts we supplied and installed for that repair
• The labor to correct the same fault if it comes back within 90 days

What's not covered

• New or unrelated faults, or other parts of the appliance we didn't repair
• Damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, or improper installation
• Normal wear, cosmetic issues, or an appliance that was declared not worth repairing
• Repairs or parts added by anyone other than our technicians after our visit

How to make a claim

If the same problem returns within 90 days, call us at (817) 873-2928 and mention your original visit. We'll schedule a follow-up and cover the same-fault repair at no charge.

Manufacturer part warranties

Some parts also carry their own manufacturer warranty that may run longer than 90 days. Where that applies, we'll help you make the most of it.
